Is the $1 one month trial for real?

Yes! You will get a fully functional and fully featured account. At the end of your trial period, your credit card will not get automatically billed the regular plan fee. Instead we'll send you an email with instructions how to create your billing cycle, if you wish to continue using our services.

Once I order, how long before my account is set up?

You will have your welcome email within 6 hours. Usually much faster.

I haven't received my account info. Why?

If you are using a free email account (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) please check in the spam (bulk) folder of your mail account. Sometimes our welcome email gets filtered out by the spam protection systems. If you still can't find the account info email, please open a ticket in our HelpDesk.


If I am not happy with the service you provide can I have my money back?

This will not happen. It is our goal to ensure the happiness of all our customers. However, to provide you with peace of mind. We offer a ‘no questions asked’ 30 day money back guarantee.

How long does it take for support questions to me answered?

All tickets are answered within 6 hours maximum. However, it is usually much faster – often within minutes.

Do you provide Windows Based hosting?

No. Due to the extra stability, flexibility and reliability of Linux we only offer Linux hosting.

How do I publish my site on an addon domain using FrontPage?

You need to set FrontPage to publish to addondomain.yourmaindomain.com (as if the addon domain is a subdomain). For example, if xyz.com is your main domain and abc.com is the addon domain, set FrontPage to publish to abc.xyz.com.

How do I add domains in my control panel?

To add a domain click "Addon Domain" in cpanel.

You will see three fields.

In the first field, type the name of the domain you wish to add.
In the second field, type a subdirectory name. This will become the root (parent) directory of your addon domain. It is going to appear as a regular directory in the public_html folder of your main domain. For example if you're adding xyz.com, then type in xyz, as directory name.(you can give the parent directory of the addon domain any name you like)

In the third field enter the password you wish to set for this domain.

Then click add domain.

How do I manage email accounts for my domain?

Each domain you add to your account will have its own control panel – CPanel. With CPanel you can manage all aspects of your domain including set up email account, auto responders, email forwards etc.

How do I check my email using programs like Outlook and Eudora?

To check your mail for a specific email account using Outlook or Eudora, use the following settings:
Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: your entire email address (i.e. address@yourdomain.com)
Pass: whatever set for this email account

If I use up all my allotted space what happens?

You will be notified by email that your account is full. You can then either look at you account to make sure the space isn’t being used by unnecessary files or you can upgrade to the next plan. You can upgrade your account at any time, it requires no work from you and will not interrupt your service.

What if I reach the maximum of the highest plan?

Should this happen we will create a custom plan for you. Send in a support ticket and we will give you a quotation for a custom plan. Note: The only custom plans we create are those larger than our largest plan.

If FrontPage included on your servers?

Yes. You can use FrontPage 98, 2000 and 2002 with the latest FrontPage Server Extensions.

Do the plans include Fantastico?

Yes. For more information on the scripts which are available through fantastico visit our plans page.
