Change of management of Solid Hosting Ltd.

Dear Customer,

Please accept this letter as a formal announcement of the change of ownership of Solid Hosting Ltd. Mr. Yassen Georgiev has entered into an agreement to sell his company to Site Main Group.

Site Main Group specializes in building creative and useful web sites and maintaining them throughout their life cycles, as well as developing software for various platforms. We already have a loyal base of customers, and the acquisition will expand our business both in the US and in Europe. The increased server base will let us offer even more advanced hosting services, and increase their reliability by providing mirroring, clustering and high availability of customers' data.

Commenting on the proposed transaction, Mr. Benito Trummel, Co-Chairman of Site Main, said,

This transaction will mandate some changes to the operation of Solid Hosting, which will be detailed upon in an email, sent out to all the Solid Hosting's customers.
