The new customer portal has been launched

A new customers' portal has been created for Solid Hosting's customers at http://www.solid-hosting.net/clients. It encompasses all support and billing operations, simplifying communications and transactions. Of course, support@solid-hosting.net and sales@solid-hosting.net are still valid and working, for support and pre-sales questions, respectively.

Each existing customer has also had a login created for her/him, automatically, with the username and password of their CPanel login. Please note that this import operation was automatic, the passwords were transferred in an encrypted format, and stored in such a way, so we cannot guarantee an entirely error-free transition. Please report any login failures, along with your username, at the Pre-Sales Contact Us page at http://www.solid-hosting.net/clients/contact.php. 

We hope that you will find this portal useful and user-friendly. The Knowledge base at http://www.solid-hosting.net/clients/knowledgebase.php will be constantly updated, so make sure to check there for an answer to any question you might have, before submitting it to our support.
